Why this exists

Interval is a six-page template for a boutique strength / HIIT / conditioning studio — the kind that runs small-group timed classes. Its signature is motion with a meaning: a live MM:SS Interval Clock is the hero, a mini-clock keeps time in the nav, sections read as work/rest rounds, and the timetable is a real interval board. It's a light, precise instrument panel — deliberately the opposite of the dark, sweaty, condensed-uppercase gym cliché. Every Book button links out to your own booking platform (Mindbody, TeamUp, Glofox, your app); nothing is a faked widget. Under the hood it's hand-written, commented HTML that works with JavaScript switched off — the clock degrades to a complete static instrument panel — every color pair computed to WCAG 2.2 AA (the buy-action is graphite on Signal Orange, never white), and all three typefaces vendored so nothing loads from a CDN. No motion library ships: the clock and every effect are dependency-free vanilla JavaScript.
